"Andy"

15hh, 9yr old Flashy Black with chrome Spotted Walking Horse Gelding

 Easy to handle, respectful, gentle and is currently being used as a lesson horse for handicap children. I've had little kids lead him around. Easy to catch, ground ties and stands quietly for tacking and mounting. Waits when you get on until you ask him to go. No vices, trained with Clinton Anderson method. Plow reins or neck reins, side passes, whoa's with voice command, backs, responsive and light, gaits. pivots on hindquarters and forequarters. Has been rode bareback. Rides out alone or in a group, will lead or follow. Has had kids on him while being led. Intermediate rider. Been desensitized to many objects. Use to dogs, 4 wheelers, tractors, loud noises, etc. Not a problem in the herd usually off by himself. Easy keeper. Great for trailering, point and he goes right in. Good for vet and farrier. Picks up feet on voice command. Current on coggins and shots. Always been sound and healthy. This horse is very well trained and easy to ride. He has been ridden all winter and will continue to be worked until sold. Has nice hard black hooves.

"Whiskey"

June 2005 Bay Tobiano Mare APHA #830434 14.1hh

Whiskey had 80 hours of training when I bought her last April. I have since put 35 hours of riding on her, trail miles, arena riding, and even hauled her to a few speed shows. She runs quiet and controlled. Just a really nice mare with a great start. She could be your next barrel horse, she's started on the pattern right and ready to finish. Rides alone or with a group. Walk, trot, canter, whoa, backs up super. She pivots on the forehand. She has been exposed to traffic, creeks, etc. Whiskey needs a confident rider/handler though. She will take advantage of you if she can. I have established myself as boss with this mare, and have no issues with her. I will be absolutely heartbroken to see her go. Good with the vet and farrier. Easy to catch, she's always begging for attention. Has been hauled frequently, sometimes she'll hesitate getting in but it's never taken more than 5 minutes. Current on deworming and hoof care.

"2005 Kiefer Built Genesis X-E 103"

Three horse slant, 8 1/2 wide and 7 1/2 tall, 10 ft short. It has a Showtime conversion, with many upgrades. 6 cu. ft. 2 door refrigerator, micro wave, soft side walls, many , many bullet lights, 65 gal fresh water tank, 10 gal gas, electric water heater and an 18ft awning. It also has ducted gas heat and ducted air conditioner with heat strip, stereo with CD with outside speakers. There is a full bath with toilet, shower and sink and tons and tons of storage. 2 twenty pound propane tanks, dual batteries, dual electric landing gears. The horse area has 2 mangers and is fully lined and insulated. Newer tires that have about 3000 miles.
